Filling orders of large commercial quantities as well as requests for small batches of unique compounds — it's all part of our daily, 24-hour operation. Three shifts keep processing on schedule year round. And streamlined procedures mean prompt response and turnaround for even complex projects.
Fontarôme Chemical's equipment and utility capabilities allow us to synthesize products requiring temperatures as low as -80° C up to +250° C. Construction materials range from 316 L stainless steel through glass-lined to hastelloy. Reactors and distillation systems permit batch sizes from 10L to 2,000L. Our state-of-the-art enclosed monoplate filters accommodate multiple operations, including crystallizations, filtrations, cake-washing, and vacuum-drying. Such flexibility in a single unit improves productivity and reduces handling, thereby ensuring the highest levels of purity. Our distillation capabilities allow effective separations on numerous distillation units operating up to 250° C at less than 1mm Hg.
